Zoheir brings over 30 years of experience as a Senior HR Development Leader and Executive Coach in global brands across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In his recent role at Kantar, he spearheaded talent, learning, and leadership initiatives for the EMEA region, guiding business leaders in talent development and transformation across diverse markets.
Passionate about organisational development and change leadership, Zoheir advocates for sustainable performance through people engagement.
With a Strengthscope® accreditation, he is known for his practical, results-focused approach and utilises coaching to unlock client potential. Zoheir operates from Paris and can work with clients in both English and French.
Chloe Gardonyi

Chloe has 25+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, Leadership Development Director, and Executive Coach within large and complex multinational organisations. She’s spearheaded several emerging leadership development and global transformation programmes, guiding senior teams through their transitions.
Employing a strengths-based approach rooted in positive psychology, Chloe combines robust facilitation skills with learner-led coaching techniques, emphasising practical solutions to drive behavioural change and long-term business success. She cultivates an atmosphere of trust, empowering clients to explore challenges and uncover new perspectives.
Chloe is a qualified coach, accredited Strengthscope® practitioner, and trained Agile Scrum Master. Based in London, she can work with clients in English and French.
Dominique Robinat
Partner
Dominique is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years’ experience in strategic management roles across multinational corporations and SMEs in Europe. With a wealth of expertise in IT and Finance at a director level, she has spearheaded several business transformations.
As a certified executive coach, she employs a systemic approach to support individuals and organisations, emphasising their potential and complexity. She’s also an accredited DoLquest® practitioner.
Based in Burgundy, Dominique is a native French speaker but can also work with clients in English and Spanish.
