What is coaching
A partnership between one of our qualified coaches, and a leader or team who’s ready to learn more about themselves, unlock their potential and maximise their own performance.
Our coaches use thought-provoking questions and observations to help people extend their thinking and find solutions for themselves. This is a supportive and empowering process that fosters self-awareness, learning and growth, leading to enhanced performance, effectiveness and fulfilment.
What our coaching offer includes…
Our coaching can be delivered virtually or face to face and includes a 'getting to know you' session, a tri-party meeting with the client, their manager and the coach to agree coaching goals, six one to one coaching sessions and a tri-party wrap up session. We can also offer a psychometric such as Strengthscope to create a deeper understanding of strengths and preferred behaviours.
